Celebrating Women

Info

Client: Baylor Health Care System Foundation
Project Type: Invitation, Event Collateral

Each year the women who chair Baylor’s Celebrating Women Breast Cancer Luncheon choose a theme to define the look and feel of the marketing collateral and events. Corrie worked with the chairs to bring this theme to life for the 2013 luncheon. This included the design of a save the date, invitation, program, signage, and working with a production company to bring the theme to life on the day of the event at the Hilton Anatole. The event was attended by over 1,200 people and raises approximately $2 million dollars a year.

In conjunction with the event, Baylor also introduced it’s new Mobile Mammography van. Corrie worked with Baylor system marketing and the Baylor Imaging Center director, to brand the van in a corresponding design. The van will be used to provide women access to mammograms who might not be able to leave work during business hours, such as teachers.
